Clemtec Incorporated is a discipline and behavior solution education consultancy. They focus on discipline, bullying, motivation, diversity, and classroom management problems and strategies.
What They Do
`Clemtec solves problems. They concentrate on solving discipline problems, motivating apathetic students, changing unwanted behavior, and providing solutions.
Their design team develop, advise, and provide solutions for teachers that impact student discipline and improves behavior. Their nationally recognized signature I-AERI system help keep potential drop-outs in school, off the streets, out of trouble, out of jail, and graduate.

Every day Clemtec provides classroom teachers effective strategies that changes classroom environment. They give teachers strategies they need, discipline they want, to teach children they love.
Why They Do It
Clemtec's founder, a student attending North Carolina Central University tutored middle school students. He soon realized many students he tutored were missing fundamentals of education. He knew students with limited education, few opportunities, no skills, and discipline and behavior issues were facing a difficult future. He believed such limitations could lead to poverty, failure, crime, and incarceration. He decided to change students' directions. He took action. Learn more at History
